At HMB Personal Training, we offer traditional one on one sessions, in person and online, which specialize in adapting to each client's lifestyle and goals. Each person's body is unique, and we believe your training program should be as well. ​​​​​​ There are so many ways you can achieve your goals, but the most important part is adhering to something that will get you there along the way. If you can make your goal part of your lifestyle, rather than a destination to arrive at, something amazing can happen in the process, you can learn to enjoy doing the work. This is part of our philosophy, life is meant to be enjoyed and taken in with gusto, and having the energy to do so is crucial! We excel at educating our clients as well as helping them discover fun new ways to move the body and enjoy the process of exercise.

With a mix of backgrounds, we try to keep routines fresh by using a mix of traditional resistance training with weights and sometimes medicine balls, body-weight movements from various exercise disciplines, such as Yoga and Pilates, agility and balance for athletes, resistance bands, and straps (TRX), ensuring you will always have something fun or new to learn and do when we meet.

We offer online and in person training sessions tailored to your
specific goals and preferred method of exercise
Typical sessions include resistance training (with or without weights),
guided stretching, and mobility and balance training
Online Training
Online training is ideal for people who want to work from the comfort of their home. It's a great time saver, it's especially great in the mornings, and if you happen to have equipment at home, you can get a much better workout than you might expect. *We offer both hour sessions and half hour sessions for online workouts
In-Home Training
In person training is where the trainer gets to put together everything they know to bring the gym to you. Depending on your individual goals, we will tailor a specific plan with our gear, all you need to do is show up to work, and we will guide you through the whole process! These are hour long sessions, but don't be afraid if that sounds like a lot, in the beginning we will be learning and stretching more than we will down the road, and this means less physical overall activity, more learning and stretching, and an easing into the process.
Consultations
We offer a free one-hour consultation session where we discuss your goals and history, talk about what to expect, and analyze your body mechanics using movement assessments
